User ID is sequential starting with USER101

1)	Create the private library for the user
	It has the same name as the user

	CRTLIB USER???

2)	Create the user profile by copying USER000
	Don't copy a real user because if you forget to change something
	the new user might have access to the other user.

	First, get a list of all users:

	WRKUSRPRF USER*
	
	Use option 3 next to USER000 to copy it

	Give it the new user ID
	For the password, make it simple and something realted to the email of
		the user (I used VW for USER101 - those are the initials of the user)

	Change the current library to USER???

	Not critical... change the description to USER???

	Hit ENTER

3)	Protect this library from the other users.
	You do this by granting *PUBLIC "exclude" authority to the user's library.
	This means that a normal user with only public authority cannot see the library.
 
	GRTOBJAUT OBJ(QSYS/USER???) OBJTYPE(*LIB) USER(*PUBLIC) AUT(*EXCLUDE)

	Then, grant all object authority to this user to his library
	
	GRTOBJAUT OBJ(QSYS/USER???) OBJTYPE(*LIB) USER(USER???) AUT(*all)

4)	Sign in to test it

	Do a WRKLIB *ALLUSR and make sure that it looks OK

5)	Send the attached email 
	Put the USER ID and Password in the subject liek this:
		UserID USER157 Pwd VW

6)	Add this user to a spreadsheet
		Include email address, user ID and date set up
